SAP GTS Application Consultant (m/f/d)

About the role

Brenntag is looking for an SAP GTS Application Consultant in Dos Hermanas, Spain. The role covers the analysis and modelling of complex business processes and their implementation in SAP GTS and SAP ERP, design of customs processes, project work and second-level support.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and model complex business processes and implement them in SAP GTS and SAP ERP
• Design or take part in designing customs processes and advise customs departments
• Carry out SAP projects across the full project cycle, including sub-project manager tasks and corporate projects
• Connect to external customs systems or service providers (customs connectivity)
• Solve problems in second and third level support
• Implement customizing in SAP GTS, prepare and run tests, debug, create ad-hoc reports and handle minor troubleshooting

Required profile

• Degree in science/business informatics or comparable qualification with additional SAP GTS qualifications
• Several years of experience consulting complex SAP GTS environments
• Rudimentary knowledge of customs laws in one or more European countries
• Good written and spoken English
• Teamwork, analytical and independent working style

Required skills

• Customizing, data and process knowledge in SAP GTS and feeder areas MM, LO, SD and EWM
• ABAP knowledge and project management experience
