SAP SuccessFactors Learning & Talent Management Consultant

About the role

Drees & Sommer Digital Services is looking for a consultant to join its Corporate Process Technologies team in Malaga. You will help develop and provide technical support for globally deployed HR systems, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Performance & Goals, and contribute to projects in digital HR.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and support HR stakeholders in the end-to-end implementation, enhancement and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Performance & Goals
• Analyze business requirements, challenge existing HR processes and design scalable solutions using AI capabilities and emerging technologies
• Lead workshops, present best practices and independently configure the Learning and Performance & Goals modules
• Take full ownership of your functional area from day one and drive strategic initiatives
• Plan, manage and coordinate complex Talent Management projects with HR functions, business stakeholders, internal IT teams and external partners

Required profile

• Several years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, focused on Performance & Goals and Learning
• Solid understanding of HR processes and experience turning business requirements into system solutions
• Consulting, analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders across HR, IT and business functions
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• High English level (C1)
