Senior Analytics & Insights Manager – Analytics Solutions Team Lead

About the role

Roche's Global Procurement Analytics & Insights (A&I) team is moving from traditional business intelligence and dashboards toward modern, scalable analytics products and decision-support experiences. As Analytics & Insights Solutions Lead, you will define and run the product strategy for how users consume data and insights across domains such as Cash, Performance and Sustainability, and act as the analytics domain expert for AI proof of concepts with the Digital team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex team situations, including prioritization, capacity planning and team leadership.
• Lead the team's move from low-value dashboards to targeted, high-impact data solutions and accurate operational reporting.
• Own the roadmap for analytics products, rationalize the portfolio to reduce duplication and increase reuse and scalability.
• Partner with the Digital team to support AI-powered solutions and advanced analytics, providing high-quality, well-structured data.
• Work with Data Engineering and Digital so data foundations fit both traditional analytics and advanced digital capabilities.
• Work with Analytics Business Partners to turn recurring stakeholder needs into product capabilities.
• Define standards for user discovery, prototyping, iterative delivery and adoption measurement based on business value.
• Promote operational reporting and consistent KPI definitions, and influence stakeholders to focus on the underlying business problem.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience, with significant experience leading Analytics or BI teams and complex analytics initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with Digital, IT or Data Science teams on advanced analytics projects.
• Fluent English at business level.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of modern BI and analytics architectures, data modelling, KPI definitions and data quality governance.
• Product thinking, starting from user problems and business outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication between technical and business audiences.
