Senior Associate – Campaign Marketing (French-speaking, Barcelona)

About the role

Klook is seeking a highly organised, detail‑oriented marketing operator to drive campaign execution across its European markets, primarily the UK with an upcoming focus on France. Based in Barcelona, you will be the central point for delivering integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring they launch on time, on brief, and with measurable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute integrated campaigns across owned and paid channels, coordinating creative assets, landing pages, and channel setups.
• Act as the hub between marketing, creative, product, and regional teams to maintain clear workflows and timelines.
• Monitor campaign performance, pull data, analyse results and generate insights for optimisation.
• Manage invoicing, budget tracking and partner payments while upholding high accuracy standards.
• Leverage tools, including AI where appropriate, to improve speed, accuracy and scalability of execution and reporting.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution or digital/e‑commerce environments.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with data and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
