Senior Business Solutions Lead

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Senior Business Solutions Lead for its Growth (W&A) team in Madrid. The team promotes the Fever business plan across markets and helps partners and experiences grow. The role suits someone with a structured, efficiency-focused mindset who wants to help Fever scale and enter new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives that improve how teams operate, guiding projects from start to implementation and change management
• Take part in defining, implementing and tracking the success of the AI strategy
• Lead the full development lifecycle of in-house tools, systems and processes
• Run audits to streamline team requirements and boost efficiency
• Match business needs with technological and operational solutions by managing key tools and procedures
• Own key processes and work with department managers worldwide, across 50+ countries

Required profile

• Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Analytics (STEM)
• 5+ years in Strategy/Operations Consulting, Start-up/Scale-up Strategy or Corporate Transformation
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a data-driven approach
• Detail-oriented, able to review processes, spot errors and propose improvements
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with fluent English; other languages are an asset

Preferred qualifications

• MBA or PhD in a relevant field such as Strategy or Operations
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL and other programming languages
• Knowledge of current AI and automation tools
