- Act as the core finance point of contact for major travel partners on risk, payment performance and commercial discussions.
- Work with Sales, Product & Tech and Commercial Finance to support growth while ensuring governance and risk mitigation.
- Resolve complex finance issues such as unallocated cash, disputes, reconciliation gaps and operational blockers affecting receivables.
- Negotiate collateral, payment terms and risk-based decisions with large partners.
- Support the credit insurance programme, strengthen collections and reduce ageing.
- Evaluate and store partner financial information accurately and in line with internal controls.
- Help the Credit Risk Director develop and update Credit Management Policies.

- Proven ability to interpret financial statements, assess business models and form clear risk opinions.
- Experience setting or reviewing high-value credit limits is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to resolve complex issues and manage escalations calmly.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- English speaker; travel experience desirable.
- Knowledge of B2B business models, credit insurance, securitisation or collateral management is advantageous.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Strong system adaptability; experience with AI, Power BI and Power Query is a plus.
- Experience in business partnering roles where finance works closely with commercial teams.
What we offer
- Cash range of 43,000 to 60,500 EUR in Madrid, with potential to reach 69,000 EUR based on sustained performance.
- Medical, dental and vision coverage, paid time off, Employee Assistance Program, wellness and travel reimbursement, travel discounts and IATAN membership.
- Flexible work model requiring at least three days a week in the office; no relocation assistance offered.
