Senior Consultant SAP Authorization

About the role

Sika's SAP service line, with over 100 employees, is expanding its worldwide SAP rollouts and is growing its SAP framework using the latest S/4 HANA features. To lay the foundation for Sika's digital journey, it is looking in Madrid-Alcobendas for a professional and highly technical Senior Consultant SAP Authorization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support access and technology topics across the full user lifecycle within SAP products (on-premise and cloud)
• Create, maintain and implement SAP authorization, access and compliance concepts
• Handle housekeeping tasks in various SAP systems, such as adjusting roles and ensuring compliance with the authorization concept
• Optimize operational processes and tools in the SAP user lifecycle (users, roles, objects, security management)
• Support internal and external audits
• Lead parts of projects in the area of SAP user and authorizations
• Consult and train local authorization coordinators and process owners, and guide external partners and SAP support

Required profile

• Degree in computer science, information technology or business informatics
• 5+ years of work experience in users and authorizations (S/4, SAP cloud solutions)
• Experience working in international teams across different time zones
• Understanding of following guidelines and directives in a global environment
• Proactive, with strong communication with stakeholders
• Willingness to learn new SAP technologies and tools
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Valid and transferable work permit for Spain or the EU
