Senior Customer Success Manager - T-Cloud (German Speaker)

About the role

T-Systems Iberia is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager for its T Cloud Public offering, fluent in German and English. You will take technical responsibility and manage all tasks related to delivering T Cloud Public services to customers and achieving contract results internally. The role is based in Spain and offers a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the business of assigned T Cloud Public customers to increase their value and sales.
• Advise customers on first-time use of T Cloud Public and on optimising cloud consumption, including consumption push and upselling.
• Take an active part in the T Cloud Public vertical squad.
• Prevent churn through proactive analysis and management of customers.
• Support the improvement of customer success management and the service-excellence culture.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and take part in planning and forecasting.
• Transfer customer requirements to the T Cloud Public impediment and demand process and support the development of cloud handling support.

Required profile

• Completed degree in computer science, engineering or comparable training.
• Top knowledge of cloud and IT architecture, technology strategy, sales and business development.
• Strong knowledge of AI and of cloud ecosystems and partners.
• Very good technical understanding of standardised service provision through platforms and detailed knowledge of your own company's processes.
• Experience in international cooperation with Local Business Units and NatCos.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.

Required skills

• Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google and Rackspace.
• Development of cloud platforms and hybrid cloud solutions.
• OTC Practitioner or comparable AMIGO Hyperscaler certification, and Agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban or DevOps.
• Recommended: DevOps Foundation and OTC Architect certifications.
