Senior Customer Success Manager T Cloud Public (German Speaker)

About the role

T-Systems Iberia is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager T Cloud Public, fluent in German, to take technical responsibility and manage the delivery of T Cloud Public services to customers and the internal contract results. The role is based in Spain and involves strategic development of the assigned business, customer advice and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the business of the assigned T Cloud Public customers to increase their value and sales.
• Advise customers on first-time use of T Cloud Public and on ongoing optimisation of cloud usage (consumption push, upselling).
• Take an active part in the T Cloud Public vertical squad.
• Prevent churn through proactive analysis and management of customers.
• Support the improvement of customer success management and the service-excellence culture.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and take part in planning and forecasting.
• Transfer customer requirements to the T Cloud Public impediment and demand process and support the development of cloud handling support.

Required profile

• Completed degree in computer science, engineering or comparable training.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Experience in international cooperation with Local Business Units and NatCos.
• Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills, with high resilience and adaptability.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of cloud and IT architecture, technology strategy, sales and business development.
• Certification such as OTC Practitioner or a comparable AMIGO Hyperscaler certification, and Agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, DevOps or a comparable certification.
• Recommended: DevOps Foundation and OTC Architect certifications.
• Strong knowledge of cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and of AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google and Rackspace offerings.
• Strong knowledge of market-relevant cloud ecosystems and partners, and top knowledge of AI.
