Senior Cybersecurity Consultant – Security Architect

About the role

Kyndryl is looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Architect with strong technical expertise and a comprehensive understanding of modern security architectures. The role combines hands-on technical knowledge, architectural design and consulting skills to design and deliver end-to-end cybersecurity solutions across complex enterprise environments. It suits someone with experience across Zero Trust, Cloud Security, Network Security, IAM, Application Security, Secure SDLC, Data Protection and emerging technologies such as AI Security.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end cybersecurity architectures for on-premises, cloud and hybrid environments, including reference architectures, HLD/LLD designs, security patterns and integration models
• Assess existing architectures, identify security gaps and define target-state architectures and transformation roadmaps
• Design Zero Trust architectures and integrate IAM, PAM, MFA, ZTNA, SASE/SSE and microsegmentation, with identity-centric models and conditional access
• Design cloud, application and AI security architectures for Azure, AWS and GCP, including CSPM, CNAPP, CWPP, workload protection, DevSecOps and controls for containers, Kubernetes and CI/CD
• Define security controls for AI/GenAI environments, including LLM applications, AI platforms, data protection and access control
• Lead architecture workshops, design reviews and solution validation, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and take part in proposals, RFPs and pre-sales

Required profile

• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience, with proven security architecture and complex solution design experience
• Experience delivering end-to-end cybersecurity solutions in enterprise-scale environments
• Ability to produce security architectures, HLD/LLD documentation, integration designs and roadmaps
• Technical leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams and enterprise clients
• Spanish and English at B2 level or higher
• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Cybersecurity or equivalent experience
