Senior Dynamics 365 Developer

About the role

SGS, a global testing, inspection and certification company, is looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer in Madrid. You will play a key role in designing, developing, customizing and evolving the Dynamics 365 platform and related business applications, contributing to solution architecture and promoting scalable, secure and maintainable enterprise solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize and maintain solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement / CRM)
• Configure and extend Dynamics with plugins, workflows, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and custom integrations
• Contribute to solution architecture and technical design across the Dynamics ecosystem
• Build integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs, Azure services and middleware
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes and DevOps practices for Dynamics environments
• Optimize and modernize existing Dynamics implementations, reduce technical debt and improve performance
• Ensure reliability through monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous improvement
• Work with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects and cross-functional teams in an agile environment

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
• 5+ years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or ERP)
• Fluent English and comfort in a global, multicultural environment

Required skills

• C#.NET, JavaScript and Dynamics SDK/customization tools
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps and Service Bus
• Software architecture, security best practices and DevOps
• Azure DevOps, Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Nice to have: D365 Finance & Operations, Power BI, legacy CRM migrations, Angular, Microsoft certifications
