Senior Full Stack & AI Engineer

About the role

As part of the Architecture, Intelligence & Technology (AI&T) team, the Senior Full Stack & AI Engineer shapes and delivers Finance transformation initiatives through digital and AI-driven solutions. The role contributes to a newly established squad focused on Finance transformation, supporting the modernization of processes across Global Finance. It is a hands-on technical position covering front-end, backend, cloud, DevOps and AI/LLM integrations, working closely with business stakeholders, architects and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full stack applications using .NET / Python and React, Vue or Angular
• Design, develop and integrate REST APIs
• Build and support AI/LLM solutions using Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry and related technologies
• Implement RAG solutions and vector-based search, and build document ingestion and vector indexing pipelines
• Use OCR and Document Intelligence for document processing automation
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments and DevOps activities
• Collaborate with architects, product owners and stakeholders to define scalable, secure and performant solutions
• Support agile delivery, continuous improvement and production support, maintenance and monitoring of AI applications
• Contribute to identity and governance solutions using Microsoft Entra ID

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering and cloud technologies
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with LLM/RAG solutions and AI-enabled applications
• Proven end-to-end delivery across front-end, backend, cloud and DevOps
• Experience in agile environments and cross-functional global teams
• Fluent English and ability to work in multicultural environments
