Senior Game Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Game Data Analyst to join Socialpoint’s Analytics team in Barcelona. In this senior position you will partner with game studios to shape product strategy, boost player engagement and drive business growth through data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and influence data‑driven strategies for flagship games, informing roadmaps, features and monetisation.
• Analyse player behaviour, in‑game economy and product performance in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Design and run A/B tests, build predictive models (churn, LTV, segmentation) and provide forecasting.
• Mentor junior analysts, create dashboards and present insights to senior leadership.
• Contribute to data‑tool and pipeline improvements while promoting data literacy across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in analytics or data‑science roles, preferably within gaming, mobile apps or digital products.
• Strong business sense and product intuition with the ability to prioritise impactful analyses.
• Hands‑on experience with A/B testing, causal inference and experimentation design.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Mentoring or leadership experience is a plus.
