Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

Fever, a global platform for discovering live-entertainment experiences, is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join its People team. The role works closely with senior leaders to shape team culture, boost performance and strengthen engagement, owning key people processes and acting as a trusted advisor to managers. It sits in a strategic team supporting a high-impact business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Performance management: lead the full cycle of semi-annual performance reviews, including calibration and consistency, and turn feedback into development plans
• Use performance data to generate insights and implement strategies that drive team and business growth
• Engagement and culture: design and run initiatives that reinforce the company's fast-paced, mission-driven culture, analyse engagement data and champion feedback, belonging and accountability
• Manager support: advise senior managers on leadership, team structure and conflict resolution, and help leaders navigate change and scale
• Align People processes and connect business needs with People solutions

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a senior People role, ideally in scaleups, tech environments or high-performance teams
• Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business or a related field
• Full professional proficiency in English (C1 or above)
• Experience working directly with senior leadership and influencing at all levels
• Ability to handle high-pressure, high-stakes situations with discretion and sound judgment
