Senior HR Business Partner Manager (Spain)

About the role

Regeneron is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner Manager to provide end‑to‑end HR partnership for its commercial operations in Spain and potentially other locations. The role combines employee‑relations, organisational development and strategic workforce planning while working closely with business leaders, HR Centres of Excellence and Legal.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive HR support across Spain and additional sites, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts and talent reviews.
• Manage employee‑relations cases, investigations and follow‑up actions.
• Lead works council, trade‑union and social dialogue engagements.
• Partner with senior leaders on workforce priorities, compensation benchmarking, pay cycles and career frameworks.
• Drive organisational development initiatives and support organisational effectiveness across teams and affiliates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 8 years in biopharma, biotech or pharmaceutical environments.
• Proven expertise in labour‑relations, works councils and collective bargaining.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional European languages a plus.
• Strong knowledge of European employment law and HR compliance.

• Advanced Microsoft Suite skills.
• Data‑driven decision making and strong data literacy.
