Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Bitpanda, a cryptocurrency investment platform founded in 2014, is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist in Barcelona. You will run the paid acquisition hands-on, own the daily operation of Meta, TikTok and Google campaigns across European markets, run a weekly creative-testing cadence with the in-house Creative Studio, and validate results with incrementality tests rather than platform dashboards. The performance team has just restarted with a clear mandate and a measurement framework built on CAC and payback.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and optimise campaigns across paid social, app and search: account structure, bidding, audiences, pacing and budgets.
• Run structured creative and landing-page tests with clear hypotheses, together with the Creative Studio.
• Design and run incrementality and geo-lift tests, reading results by cohort and customer quality.
• Work with Growth Analytics and the MarTech Engineer to keep tracking and attribution right.
• Report performance in the CAC and payback framework and turn learnings into the next experiment.

Required profile

• Has personally run paid social and app campaigns at more than €1m a month, in-house.
• Has run incrementality or geo-lift tests and can explain what they changed.
• Judges performance by CAC, payback and customer quality, not by platform-reported conversions.
• Has run a creative-testing cadence with a creative team and knows how to brief for it.
• Fintech, trading or gaming experience is a strong plus; hands-on depth is the bar.
