About the role

iQVIA is looking for a senior pharmacy sales representative in Madrid who is clearly sales-oriented and has extensive experience in the pharmacy channel. The role focuses on opening new pharmacies and managing an existing portfolio, with sales growth and customer acquisition as the main goal. Training and point-of-sale visibility activities are secondary.

Key responsibilities

Sourcing and opening new pharmacies
Managing and developing active pharmacies through face-to-face sales
Increasing sales and retaining customers
Carrying out commercial actions at the point of sale
Delivering occasional training and visibility activities when needed

Required profile

Senior profile with proven sales experience
Previous experience selling to pharmacies and/or pharmaceutical distribution
Clear results orientation and strong negotiation ability
Autonomy, proactivity and a commercial mindset
Experience managing portfolios and acquiring clients
