Senior Product Manager

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Senior Product Manager in Madrid. The role sits behind the iOS and Android apps and the website, working with the engineering team to create, develop, improve and maintain the services. Only candidates already based in Madrid or open to relocation will be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the business, customers, market and product data to delight users and achieve Fever's goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Design, User Research, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support and more
• Turn broad opportunities into concrete, measurable actions
• Analyse product performance, hypothesise, test and continuously improve product metrics
• Develop features from ideation to release: gather data, run experiments, define goals and requirements, release and track performance
• Lead a product squad, manage its roadmap and prioritisation, and run sprint planning, refinements and retrospectives
• Build a vision and strategy for the product

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant product management experience
• Proven experience managing ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in product development
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams and giving them feedback
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects from concept to completion
• Curiosity, adaptability to new technologies, and a strong sense of ownership in a fast pace

Required skills

• Fluent English
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, able to draw conclusions from data
• Strong written communication and the ability to explain complex technical information clearly
• Preferred: technical fluency, A/B testing and metrics definition, startup experience, and product-line strategy
