Senior Product Manager – Liveops

About the role

Socialpoint is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Liveops and Monetization for its mobile games. You will shape the daily and weekly promotional strategy, drive revenue growth, and ensure a seamless player experience across our portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define the Live‑ops vision and create promotional calendars, including campaign design, creative assets, launch execution, QA, and post‑launch analysis.
• Analyze existing monetization models, pricing, and user segmentation to refine the game’s revenue strategy.
• Formulate hypotheses, design A/B tests, and translate insights into high‑impact product decisions.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as ARPU, conversion rates, funnel performance, and churn, using data‑driven decision making.
• Establish best practices for operational excellence within the Live‑ops team.
• Collaborate with feature teams to align Live‑ops requirements with upcoming content releases.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Liveops Manager in a fast‑paced game environment with a strong live‑ops cadence.
• Ability to thrive in a volatile, rapidly changing setting and adapt quickly.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required skills

• Quantitative and analytical expertise for monitoring and interpreting performance data.
• Experience designing and executing A/B tests.
