Senior Salesforce Solution Architect - Field Service

About the role

Air Liquide Healthcare's TechCARE transformation programme, launched five years ago, uses a global Salesforce platform to improve operational efficiency and offer new home healthcare solutions. The Senior Salesforce Solution Architect for Field Service provides overall mentorship on strategies and techniques for Salesforce Field Service solutions, working with business and IT teams to ensure product solutions meet business needs while following strong architectural principles and Salesforce recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with end users and super users across several countries to understand their business requirements, mostly among Field Service users.
• Develop solution proposals based on standard or customised Salesforce functionality, within a complex legacy environment.
• Work with outsourced resources on projects and enhancements when required.
• Communicate with other Salesforce administrators and developers so solutions align with global templates and approved differences.
• Provide system administration support for all Air Liquide Healthcare Salesforce.com instances.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years (software development) and 5+ years of Salesforce application development.
• Advanced, proven knowledge of Salesforce Field Service (SFS), including the scheduling engine and the FS App deployment and customisation.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript, with a focus on performance at scale.
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes linking supply chain, customer field service and invoicing.
• Proven experience designing integrations with ERPs in complex legacy environments.
• Salesforce Developer and Administrator certifications are required; Service and Field Service certifications are preferable.
• English fluency, self-motivated, creative and able to lead, manage ambiguity and work in a team.
