Senior Specialist, AI Product and Delivery

About the role

The Senior Specialist, AI Product and Delivery is a delivery-focused role within the THV Europe organization, reporting to the Senior Manager, THV Europe Strategy & AI. It combines business analysis, product thinking and hands-on technical delivery across the region's AI products and agent portfolio, working closely with business teams to redesign workflows and take initiatives from concept through implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and map priority business workflows across functions, identify bottlenecks and show where AI can improve efficiency.
• Lead workflow mapping and requirements sessions with commercial, medical and other cross-functional teams.
• Translate business needs into technical and functional specifications for internal teams or external delivery partners.
• Assess and prioritize AI opportunities based on business value, feasibility and expected impact.
• Build and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows, including connecting data sources where needed.
• Maintain working knowledge of AI platforms, make configuration changes and fixes, and support data pipelines, cloud services and infrastructure.
• Own the knowledge and content foundation for AI solutions, including access control and data preparation.
• Partner with IT and regional/global teams to explain AI platforms and architecture in business terms.
• Own testing, validation and acceptance of solutions delivered by external partners, including requirements, quality assessment and sign-off.
• Support implementation and adoption, help embed redesigned workflows, and deliver training and demonstrations to build AI literacy.
• Contribute to AI governance standards, annual planning, and cross-functional forums and enablement sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree or equivalent with at least 3 years.
• Demonstrated experience taking solutions from requirements through implementation and established use, with a focus on delivery.
• Experience or strong familiarity with large language model tooling, APIs, AI agents and enterprise AI solutions.
• Strong ability to map complex business processes, including undocumented activities and cross-functional handoffs.
• Ability to combine hands-on technical delivery with stakeholder management and to work with limited precedent and evolving priorities.
• Strong project and delivery management skills, collaboration across commercial, medical, IT and other teams, and mentoring of colleagues.
• Experience with Microsoft tools and applications is required.

The position is based in Valencia, Spain, on a hybrid basis with occasional travel within Europe.
