SEO/Digital Marketing Expert - Remote

About the role

This is a part‑time, hourly contract position working remotely as an SEO & Digital Marketing Subject Matter Expert. You will evaluate AI‑generated SEO and marketing outputs, create high‑quality training content, and provide detailed feedback to improve AI model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content such as prompts, content briefs, strategy notes, and optimization analyses.
• Evaluate, rank, and refine AI responses for intent match, accuracy, clarity, and practical applicability.
• Review AI‑generated SEO solutions for keyword strategy, on‑page and technical SEO, content structure, measurement, and compliance risks.
• Fact‑check information, spot weak logic or risky claims, and write clear explanations that demonstrate best practices.
• Collaborate with the AI data services team to continuously improve training data for leading AI models.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in SEO and/or digital marketing (in‑house, agency, or consultancy).
• Strong command of SEO fundamentals, technical SEO, and analytics.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ability to evaluate writing for clarity, persuasion, and brand voice.
• Reliable, self‑directed, and comfortable delivering consistent quality in a remote, hourly workflow.
• Previous experience with AI data training, editorial QA, or performance‑marketing review is a plus.

Required skills

• Keyword research, intent mapping, information architecture, internal linking, content briefs, SERP analysis.
• Crawl/indexation, canonicalization, redirects, sitemaps, Core Web Vitals basics, schema markup.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, dashboard creation, experiment design, attribution analysis.
