SFMC Engineer

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring an SFMC Engineer in Madrid. Working within the Marketing & Growth team, the role turns user data and business questions into actionable insights that improve how Fever retains and grows its global user base. You will define segmentation frameworks, measure engagement initiatives, automate reporting and translate analytical findings into CRM strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain customer segmentation models, cohort analyses and behavioural analytics frameworks.
• Define measurement and attribution methods for CRM initiatives, quantifying impact on retention, frequency and revenue.
• Turn business questions into structured analyses and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Build and automate reporting pipelines, dashboards and data products with Data Engineering and Product teams.
• Help the CRM execution team set audience targeting logic, personalisation rules and trigger conditions.
• Identify growth levers across acquisition, activation, retention and win-back, and support alignment between Marketing, Product and Data teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field (Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering or Computer Science).
• 2-5 years of experience in a data-analytical role such as customer analytics, business intelligence, management consulting or CRM strategy.
• Structured, hypothesis-driven thinking and high-level English; Spanish is a plus.
• A consulting or analytics background at a top-tier firm is a significant advantage.

Required skills

• Strong SQL, able to write complex queries independently.
• Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Plus: BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, SFMC, Braze).
