Site Director – Relocation within the US

About the role

AIRE Ancient Baths is expanding across the United States and seeks a dynamic Site Director willing to relocate. You will lead a new location, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily briefings to guarantee smooth opening procedures, focusing on pool, massage rooms, and common area cleanliness.
• Conduct cross‑functional briefings, weekly manager meetings, and monthly group sessions to align teams on projects and operational issues.
• Oversee facilities and supplies, managing equipment, furniture, décor, maintenance decisions, purchase approvals, supplier relationships, and budget control.
• Collaborate on annual budget creation, monitor expenditures, and provide weekly trend reports to senior leadership.
• Manage people by holding regular manager meetings, participating in hiring, monitoring training, and supporting HR on disciplinary matters.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years as a General Manager in Hospitality, Wellness, or Fitness.
• At least 6 years of proven leadership experience within the same sectors.
• Willingness to relocate within the United States based on business needs.
