Social Media & Community Manager – Early Talent (6‑month contract)

About the role

As a Social Media & Community Manager (Early Talent) you will be the voice of SharkNinja’s online communities in Madrid, creating and publishing short‑form video content while managing day‑to‑day interactions across platforms. This 6‑month fixed‑term position blends community engagement, content creation and trend monitoring in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day community management across social platforms, forums and online groups, responding quickly and authentically.
• Build relationships with community members, brand advocates and influencers to drive loyalty and organic advocacy.
• Identify user‑generated content opportunities, surface member stories and amplify moments worth sharing.
• Track engagement metrics and sentiment, feeding insights back into strategy.
• Concept, shoot, edit and publish social‑first video content from idea to execution.
• Develop posts, polls, competitions and activations that spark genuine interaction.
• Stay ahead of trends, bringing fresh formats, sounds and ideas before they peak.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student, master’s student, recent graduate or early‑career professional with a passion for social media and digital culture.
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling short‑form video content independently (portfolio required).
• Strong written voice with the ability to adapt tone across platforms and audiences.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with a solid understanding of Spanish social‑media culture, creators and audience behaviours.
