Software Product Manager – Diagnostics

About the role

Roche is building a next-generation data ecosystem that connects its diagnostic hardware with hospital and laboratory workflows. It is looking for a Software Product Manager in Sant Cugat del Vallès who can bridge high-level business strategy and technical execution, acting as the "Voice of the Customer" for an Agile Squad.

Key responsibilities

• Own, refine and prioritise the team backlog so that high-value features are shipped.
• Work with UX, Architecture and Security to scope features that are feasible, secure and user-centric.
• Lead refinements and PI planning, giving the development team clarity on the "what" and the "why".
• Translate laboratory needs into technical requirements and demonstrate working software to business partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Agile environments; SAFe is a plus.
• Technical literacy: able to talk to developers from a user's perspective and handle technical requirements.
• Pragmatic approach, questioning established norms to find more efficient ways to deliver results.
• A background in software development, healthcare or biomedical engineering is highly preferred.
