About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Spa Receptionist to join its team. The role welcomes guests, handles all enquiries and schedules treatments so that time in the treatment schedule is used efficiently. It also involves taking a proactive approach to understanding guest needs and desires.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests at the Spa
- Deal with all correspondence
- Take reservations for spa treatments
- Upsell cosmetic products and retail brands within the Spa
- Give guests a tour of the spa and explain the facilities offered
- Check guests in and out, following payment procedures
- Keep the reception area clean and presentable at all times
- Prepare daily reports
Required profile
- Previous Spa or hospitality experience is required
- Flexible schedule and ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
- Legal right to work in Spain
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Excellent grooming, a positive attitude and a warm welcome
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and solve problems
