Spanish Senior Delivery Specialist

About the role

Strada, a people, payroll and technology leader in international workforce management, is hiring a Spanish Senior Delivery Specialist. The role supports the team that executes payroll activities and/or data management and customer service activities, ensuring accurate and on-time output. The position is flexible, supporting payroll and/or customer service depending on needs.

Key responsibilities

• Process payroll end to end according to agreed calendars, KPIs and deadlines, or carry out data management or customer service work as required
• Support statutory and year-end reporting
• Advise clients on queries using payroll expertise and country-specific legislation
• Support and train apprentices and associates, and run knowledge transfer sessions
• Respond to tickets and calls within SLA timescales and support system maintenance and testing
• Liaise with third parties and ensure SOC controls are completed on time with evidence
• Take part in root cause analysis and maintain DWIs and time records
• Report defects, log tickets and highlight deviations from the service scope to the Service Manager
• Follow Strada security standards, attend team meetings and keep up with company communications

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as accounting, human resources or business administration, or equivalent education and experience
• 2-3 years of experience administering payroll or health and welfare/benefits in an HR consulting, outsourcing or corporate environment
• Current and future work authorization in the country of application, without visa sponsorship
• Background checks are required after acceptance

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP or PeopleSoft preferred
• Experience with HR and payroll data desirable
