Strategic Customer Success Manager – Enterprise (French speaking)

About the role

Semrush is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager to own the relationship with enterprise‑level French‑speaking accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior marketing executives, ensuring they extract maximum value from Semrush’s SEO and AI‑driven visibility platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing operations teams and senior executives.
• Drive high renewal and retention rates by demonstrating ongoing value and identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with customers to link marketing workflows to business outcomes and showcase ROI.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews, presenting customized strategies and insights.
• Advocate for customer needs internally, providing feedback for product improvements.
• Design and execute detailed onboarding, implementation, and success plans to accelerate time‑to‑value.
• Identify growth opportunities and work with Sales & Marketing to expand account footprints.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related SaaS role.
• Proven track record managing enterprise customers and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to engage senior marketing leaders and influence strategic decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven approach to customer success.
