About the role

Red Bull is looking for a Student Marketeer for its brand ambassador programme at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M) campus in Getafe. Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador programme in the world, and they help drive the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region.

The aim of the programme is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales and manage the Red Bull brand at their campus. It involves direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting them to try the product, and working at Red Bull events to give consumers an unforgettable brand experience. The role suits people who value flexibility over a 9-to-5 job and enjoy a creative working atmosphere.

Required profile

• 1st or 2nd year of career
• Excellent communication skills
• Charismatic, energetic, positive and outgoing personality, highly approachable and social
• Deep knowledge of the university, city and region, including behind-the-scenes activities and hot spots
• Creative mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, strong sense of responsibility and initiative
• Affinity for learning new skills, especially marketing, negotiation and sales
• Connected with influential groups and individuals on campus
• Passion for the Red Bull brand and product
• Full driver's licence with a clear abstract
• Ability to manage part-time work and studies, and availability for evenings and weekends
