Talent Acquisition & Employment Marketing Internship

About the role

Airbus Helicopters España, together with Camilo José Cela University, runs a graduate programme for recent graduates interested in the aeronautical sector. The internship starts in early October 2026, lasts 11 months (August off) and is full-time (40 h per week). It combines a Master organised in training blocks with the internship, and includes an attractive study grant.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR teams and hiring managers in drafting position descriptions, preparing requisition requests and researching talent sourcing strategies.
• Help prepare and organise candidate shortlists and screening profiles for senior recruiter review.
• Take part in daily talent acquisition activities: resume reviews, scheduling interviews and preliminary phone screens.
• Post and update vacancies on internal and external portals, university networks and social media.
• Promote employee referral programmes and internal mobility through internal communications.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), enter data and prepare basic recruitment reports.
• Answer routine applicant enquiries and follow up with hiring managers on candidate pipelines.
• Support recruitment initiatives, sometimes outside normal hours.
• Track employment marketing initiatives, maintain relationships with university career centres, faculty and student organisations, and help implement employer branding and student engagement activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations or Psychology.
• High level of English.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, team spirit and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in complex and international environments.
