Talent Acquisition Manager (Senior Level)

About the role

Joko is scaling its global footprint and needs a senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring across multiple markets. You will partner directly with founders, managers and ICs to ensure the company attracts top talent while maintaining a high bar for quality.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for all functions, from individual contributors to senior leadership.
• Collaborate closely with hiring partners to define role requirements, provide feedback, and drive decisive debriefs.
• Leverage Joko’s modern recruiting stack (Ashby, Claude, Claap) and contribute to the evolution of tools, including AI integration.
• Scale the hiring process as the company grows from 100 to 250+ employees across France, Spain, the US and future markets.
• Maintain a data‑driven approach to track metrics, improve funnel efficiency and ensure a great candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior recruiter or talent acquisition manager in fast‑growing tech environments.
• Strong partnership mindset with the ability to influence hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Comfort with rapid scaling, international hiring and cross‑functional collaboration.
