Talent Acquisition Partner (Temp Agency)

About the role

Airbus is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Getafe team in a temporary mission. The role sits within the Talent Acquisition department of Human Resources and is presented as a launchpad for an HR career, with support to learn proactive sourcing, talent pipelining and employer branding while helping Airbus deploy its Early Career strategy with universities and schools.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and help build compelling job profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies using modern channels and social media to attract active and passive candidates.
• Create attractive, inclusive and diversity-friendly job adverts reflecting Airbus's purpose, values and mission.
• Screen applications and use recruitment tools and technologies to identify high-potential candidates.
• Organise and take part in candidate interviews, contributing to selection decisions.
• Act as an ambassador for Airbus at university and school events supporting the Early Career strategy.
• Take part in cross-divisional and transnational HR projects through Employment Communities of Practice.

Required profile

• Degree in HR, Psychology or a related field, with some initial exposure to recruitment (internships, academic projects or 1-2 years of junior experience).
• Negotiation-level Spanish and English, as the role is highly international.
• Interest in modern sourcing tools, social media platforms such as LinkedIn and digital recruitment trends.
• An interest in aerospace, technical or engineering sectors is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proactive networking, strong communication and problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment.
