HR Generalist (Temp Agency)

About the role

A temporary HR Generalist position is open at Airbus DS in Getafe, Spain. The role supports HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in their day-to-day activities and projects, within a collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR administrative processes in close collaboration with HRBPs.
• Accompany onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Analyse HR data and create HR metrics and reports to follow up team and HR performance.
• Help project leaders deploy their activities.
• Support the organisation and facilitation of events.
• Contribute to standardising and harmonising responses to managers and employees across functions.
• Keep documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Education in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or other fields; motivation for the role is key.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR topics.
• Advanced level of English.

Required skills

• High adaptability to new topics.
• Ability to organise oneself and deliver on time.
• Ability to handle several tasks in parallel.
• Strong team spirit.
