Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Guesty is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join its Barcelona office. You will own the full recruitment cycle for a variety of positions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across multiple departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and keep all stakeholders informed.
• Guide candidates through the process, supporting offer preparation, negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and track recruiting metrics.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a fast‑paced global tech environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
