Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Join Protime, part of the SD Worx group, as a Talent Acquisition Partner in Barcelona. You will work within the People & Culture team to attract, hire, and onboard new colleagues across multiple functions, contributing to the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer, including sourcing, interviewing, feedback, salary proposals, and contract creation.
• Own a diverse portfolio of vacancies across Operations, Shared Services, Technology and other areas.
• Develop innovative employer branding initiatives such as videos, social media campaigns, or other creative recruitment content.
• Collaborate with the other Talent Acquisition Partner, People Business Partners, hiring managers, and external partners like SD Worx and assessment centres.
• Participate in cross‑functional HR projects to improve the candidate journey and strengthen the employer brand.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish; Dutch or French is a plus.
• Experience in in‑house talent acquisition, preferably in a software or SaaS environment.
• Strong relationship‑building, proactive mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Results‑oriented with a growth mindset and ability to handle confidential information.

• Annual base salary €30,000‑€37,000 depending on experience.
