Talent Acquisition Specialist – German & French/Spanish (12‑month FTC)

About the role

Too Good To Go is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist fluent in English, German and either French or Spanish to support its rapid growth. The role focuses on recruiting for Sales and Key Accounts on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis, ensuring a smooth candidate experience while meeting high‑volume hiring targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for Sales and Key Account positions.
• Proactively source, screen and assess candidates for experience, skills, values and mission alignment.
• Partner with hiring managers to create job adverts and guide them through the selection process.
• Maintain an active pipeline of referrals and internal candidates.
• Provide analytical recruitment reports to internal stakeholders.
• Build and nurture relationships with external talent sources.

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in English, German and either French or Spanish.
• Experience handling a high volume of requisitions, especially within Sales.
• Proven ability to recruit quickly without compromising candidate experience or employer brand.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
