About the role

Henry Schein One, a SaaS company focused on dental care, is looking for a Talent Partner to support its European businesses. You will recruit talent for a wide range of positions (individual contributor through management) in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, Operations & Support and Finance, and work closely with hiring managers and the Head of People.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and market engagement: design sourcing strategies, proactively reach out to passive candidates via LinkedIn and other channels, and manage the pipeline in the ATS
• Candidate screening: run video calls, carry out pre-screening such as psychometric assessments, and present the employer value proposition
• End-to-end recruitment: coordinate interviews, prepare shortlists, support salary discussions and offer negotiation, and deliver a positive candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers on onboarding plans and gather hiring metrics and market intelligence
• Early-career partnerships: build relationships with universities and schools, coordinate internships and gap-year programmes, and take part in campus events and career fairs

Required profile

• 4-6 years of recruitment experience (in-house exposure preferable)
• Experience hiring commercial positions; Engineering and Operations is a bonus
• Fluent Italian and Spanish are mandatory
• Personal qualities: driven, proactive, autonomous, adaptable, resilient, creative, critical and communicative

Required skills

• Mature sourcing skills across platforms and tools, with proven sourcing strategy experience
• ATS experience (Team Tailor, Workday preferable)
• Data-driven hiring or reporting exposure; AI tooling is a bonus
