Talent Sourcer

About the role

THEKER is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to build and maintain a high‑quality pipeline of candidates for its fast‑growing engineering, deployment, and corporate teams. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure THEKER attracts top talent in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Map talent markets for each open position and identify potential candidates.
• Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Maintain an organized pipeline in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine candidate profiles and adjust search strategies.
• Track and meet weekly and quarterly sourcing targets.

Required profile

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
• Experience in roles that involve consistent outreach and follow‑up (e.g., recruiting, sales, business development).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Resilient to rejection and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Willingness to work 100% on‑site in Barcelona.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
