Talent Team Assistant

About the role

Bending Spoons is looking for a Talent Team Assistant to support its recruiting efforts across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the talent acquisition team to ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience while helping the company attract high‑potential talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates on various platforms and engage them for a wide range of roles.
• Screen CVs and applications with rigor, using technology and sound judgment.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments, keeping the hiring process moving efficiently.
• Own candidate communications from first contact to final decision, ensuring a thoughtful experience.
• Organise office visits and on‑site recruiting events, handling logistics and creating a positive atmosphere.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to continuously improve recruiting workflows, pipeline management, and reporting.
