Tech Recruiter (All Genders) – 1 Year Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Tech Recruiter (all genders) to join eduki on a 12‑month contract. You will own the full recruitment cycle for technology positions, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for every candidate while supporting our rapid engineering growth.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end ownership of tech hiring, from posting to offer acceptance.
• Maintain a high‑quality candidate experience throughout the process.
• Design and manage role‑specific talent pipelines using strategic sourcing and compelling job descriptions.
• Partner closely with the Director of Tech and other stakeholders, facilitating kick‑off meetings, retrospectives, and regular check‑ins.
• Contribute actively to the People Team by sharing knowledge and supporting broader HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Well‑structured, empathetic and proactive professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven end‑to‑end recruiting expertise in technology hiring.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter for proactive sourcing.
• Ability to craft clear, compelling job descriptions.
