Technical Training Expert with German – T Cloud Public

About the role

T-Systems Iberia is looking for a Technical Cloud Training Expert fluent in German to enable internal and external stakeholders to understand and use T Cloud Public on an architectural level. You will design and deliver trainings that turn complex cloud architectures and product capabilities into understandable knowledge, and drive the T Cloud Public Academy forward.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical trainings, workshops and enablement sessions for customers, partners and internal teams
• Explain complex cloud architectures, concepts and T Cloud Public services clearly and in a structured way
• Develop and maintain training materials, hands-on labs and certification content
• Help customers and partners design and implement architectures based on T Cloud Public
• Collaborate with Product Management, Presales and Engineering to keep content accurate and up to date
• Support onboarding and continuous learning for developers, architects and decision makers
• Improve training concepts based on feedback and evolving cloud technologies
• Act as a technical evangelist, representing the product in trainings, events and webinars

Required profile

• Completed studies in computer science, engineering or comparable professional training
• 3-5 years of professional experience in IT, ideally in cloud, training, consulting or architecture roles
• Fluency in written and spoken English and fluency in German (mandatory)

Required skills

• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Deep knowledge of T Cloud Public or comparable platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
• Ability to explain complex technical topics to audiences from beginner to architect level
• Experience designing and delivering technical trainings, workshops or enablement formats
• Strong presentation and moderation skills
• Plus: experience with OpenStack, containers, networking and infrastructure concepts
