Técnico especialista RR.HH – Cluster Alicante

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will support the HR department for the Alicante cluster of Barceló Hotel Group. You will ensure that all HR processes, from administration to employee development, are carried out in compliance with local legislation and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR activities, including personnel administration, labor relations, recruitment, talent development, and occupational risk prevention.
• Handle administrative processes such as contracts, payroll, social security contributions, and tax filings.
• Monitor and control the budget for assigned HR projects, ensuring proper tracking and reporting.
• Execute actions assigned by the Zone Management and HR Management to achieve strategic objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between the HR department and business units in the absence of the HR Business Partner, ensuring smooth communication and daily operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Degree in Labor Relations, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of generalist HR experience or 3 years in a similar role with supervisory responsibilities.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Strong organizational abilities and proactive attitude.
