Tele Sales Agent – French Travel Agencies

About the role

Join Avis Budget Group's Contact Centre in Barcelona as a Tele Sales Agent focused on the French market. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with French travel agencies, driving revenue and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through phone and email interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small and medium‑size French travel agencies.
• Develop revenue to meet agreed business objectives.
• Proactively generate, profile and qualify new business and existing customer opportunities.
• Provide regular feedback to team leaders and country contacts.
• Deliver enthusiastic, professional customer service via telephone and email.
• Expand the number of travel agencies working with Avis in France.

Required profile

• Fluent French (native level) and strong written English.
• Experience in sales, telesales or B2B commercial environments.
• Proven ability in sales negotiation, portfolio management, hunting new business and account farming.
• Customer‑experience mindset and professional communication skills.

Required skills

• Windows‑based technology.
• Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
