Telemarketing Agent – Property Sales Support (Estepona)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing property platform as a Telemarketing Agent, contacting warm leads who have already expressed interest in buying property in Spain. You will act as the first point of contact, qualify prospects and schedule online consultations with our real‑estate agents.

Key responsibilities

• Call warm prospects who have visited our platform and requested follow‑up.
• Build rapport, understand buying intentions and qualify leads.
• Secure a minimum of two online appointment bookings per day for agents.
• Follow proven call scripts while adapting them to each conversation.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM after every call.
• Represent the brand professionally with a positive attitude.

Required profile

• Based within 30‑40 minutes of Bel‑Air, Estepona.
• Fluent English; additional native or near‑native language such as Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, German, Dutch, Flemish or French is a strong advantage.
• Natural communicator, warm, confident and genuine on the phone.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and comfortable meeting daily targets.
• Willingness to work two weekend shifts per month.
• Previous sales, telemarketing or customer‑service experience is a plus, but attitude and drive are most important.
