Trainee Creators Marketing Internship

About the role

Red Bull España is looking for a Trainee Creators Marketing intern in Madrid. The internship is aimed at students studying marketing-related subjects who want to learn more about talent marketing and work with the team managing a pool of local creators across focus areas such as gaming, fitness and active lifestyle, and motorsports.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team in managing a pool of local creators across the organization's focus areas (gaming, fitness & active lifestyle, motorsports).
• Help identify new opportunities and talents.
• Collaborate on creating experiences and producing creator events and projects.
• Learn about meetings, timings, events, projects, activation methods, talent portfolios, reporting tools, cross-platform collaborations and creator projects.
• Work with all the different areas of Marketing and On Premise.

Required profile

• Students or university graduates studying Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Media, Public Relations or similar fields.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Full-time internship, 6 months long and extendable to 1 year.
• Possibility of an internship agreement with a university, business school or similar.
• Optimistic, creative and innovative, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the local and international digital and media landscape (print, websites, competitors, social networks, creators, mobile apps) is a plus.
