Transformation Change Manager

About the role

This role leads change management communication and adoption across the organisation for all transformational areas. It works cross-functionally and applies project and change management methodologies to define change impacts, develop rollout plans, deliver communications, measure execution and set up feedback loops.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the change management plan for transformation programmes and initiatives and own its execution
• Apply a structured change management methodology and process to support adoption of project-driven changes
• Assess change impact: support the design of change components, processes, personas and roles, and integrate change activities into the project plan with project managers
• Coach project teams and workstreams, create before-and-after comparisons, and define stakeholder outreach plans
• Identify and manage anticipated resistance, risks and sensitivities through scenario planning and mitigation tactics
• Support communication and training: enable the design, delivery and management of communications, develop toolkits validated with focus groups, and build advocates and superusers
• Define and measure success metrics, monitor progress, evaluate user readiness and run internal and external surveys

Required profile

• Proven track record managing large and/or international projects and large-scale organisational change
• Solid understanding of how people go through change and of organisational issues and challenges
• Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts
• Business and customer-oriented acumen

Required skills

• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Ability to produce and manage external and internal presentation and training materials, on brand and with strong visuals
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, influencing, conflict resolution and negotiation skills

• Flexibility and adaptability in ambiguous situations
