Travel Advisor - Customer Center Gran Canaria

About the role

The Nordic Leisure Travel Group is looking for Nordic colleagues to join its Customer Center in Gran Canaria, based at the hotel Sunprime Atlantic View in Playa del Inglés. The team communicates with customers by phone, chat, email and social media, and the Travel Advisor's mission is to inspire customers to book trips, help with additional sales and make changes before departure, while resolving inquiries on the first contact.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, personalized service and help customers find the perfect travel experience
• Work towards set sales targets and handle a variety of tasks at a high pace
• Use several systems with a strong digital focus
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Nordic countries and at destinations to optimize routines and processes

Required profile

• Proficiency in one or more Scandinavian languages (Norwegian, Danish, Swedish or Finnish), spoken and written
• Experience in customer service, sales or a similar field
• Service-minded, with good communication and problem-solving skills
• Driven to work against targets
• Preferred: proficiency in English and a second Scandinavian language (Finnish speakers must also speak Swedish)

Required skills

• Good computer skills and familiarity with multiple systems
• Scandinavian languages (Norwegian, Danish, Swedish or Finnish)
