Travel Product Specialist

About the role

Exoticca is an online travel agency based in Barcelona that creates long-distance dream trips. It is looking for a Travel Product Specialist to join its product team, which develops new destination offers and gives traditional ones a new perspective through research, brainstorming and negotiations with providers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Create and upload partner agreements into the company system, following best practices to deliver the best offers in the market.
• Create competitive travel packages after primary mediation using the internal systems and platforms.
• Work closely with the Product Brand department and the Flights team to follow up the production process and meet publication deadlines.
• Coordinate daily with suppliers to ensure correct product configuration, prices and quality, maximizing sales and customer experience.
• Support the teams on product specifications, solve daily requests and provide product insights to Sales, Customer Service and B2B departments.
• Improve the quality of products and destination insights during creation, development and after publication.

Required profile

• Fluent communication in English and Spanish.
• Minimum studies: Tourism degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in the tourism industry, specifically in tour operations or travel agencies, preferred.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively, quick adaptation to change, attention to detail and a can-do spirit.
• Passionate about travel.
