Veeva Vault CRM Consultant

About the role

As a Veeva Vault CRM Consultant you will work closely with clients and colleagues to address complex challenges across the life‑sciences value chain. You will take ownership of implementation, support and training activities, ensuring solutions meet compliance and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of Veeva Vault CRM, including object configuration, lifecycles, workflows, roles/permissions and reporting.
• Prepare and load setup and historical data, configure environments and assist with UAT script preparation and execution.
• Gather and document business requirements, participate in client workshops and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide end‑user support, create basic training materials and deliver Train‑the‑Trainer or onsite trainings.
• Produce configuration specifications, test scripts and ensure delivered solutions meet audit and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience with the Veeva Vault platform and basic configuration knowledge.
• Background or strong interest in life sciences (pharma, biotech or medical devices).
• Familiarity with Agile or project‑based delivery methods.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication, documentation and problem‑solving skills.
